At Compeat Nutrition we use the very latest methods to achieve an ideal muscle glycogen store, so you are ready to race! Compeat Nutrition can provide you with a step by step plan to give you the best nutritional preparation to your big day.

 The Carbohydrate Loading Plan Includes:

  • A complete 48-72hr Carbohydrate Loading plan - Event dependent .
  • Meal plans over this period to achieve optimum carbohydrate intake for glycogen storage.
  • Ideal levels of other nutrients – particularly fat and protein.
  • Contact with a qualified Sports Dietitian.

Pricing:

  • Individual Plan: $60 - (AUD - incl GST.) - Note: It is recommended to obtain your CHO plan at least 2-3 weeks prior to your Event.
