Compeat Nutrition uses the latest in sports nutrition to supply you with an itemised nutrition program individually designed to fuel your body during your important Event, while also taking the anxiety and guess work out of your race day nutrition.

The program includes:

  • Detailed food and hydration plan for your Race or Event day.
  • A Post-race Nutrition and Fluid plan to promote optimum recovery.
  • Contact with a qualified Sports Dietitian.
  • Service also available for Multi-Day Endurance Events. (Please contact us for more on pricing and specific services).

Pricing:

  • Full Event and Recovery Packages from: $75 - (AUD - incl GST) - Note - it is recommended to obtain your race day plan 2-3 weeks before the event to practice your race nutrition.
