Avocado & Feta Smash

Ingredients

  • 1 slice grain OR sourdough, toasted
  • ¼ avocado
  • 30g feta – crumbled
  • 1 egg, scrambled, poached or dry fried
  • ¼ lemon

Method

  • Prepare egg/s to your liking & dry fry bacon (if specified in plan).
  • Cook toast and top with avocado.
  • Sprinkle with feta and then drizzle with lemon juice. Add pepper to taste.
  • Top with the sides as specified in your nutrition plan.
