- 1 slice grain OR sourdough, toasted
- ¼ avocado
- 30g feta – crumbled
- 1 egg, scrambled, poached or dry fried
- ¼ lemon
- Prepare egg/s to your liking & dry fry bacon (if specified in plan); 2.
- Cook toast and top with avocado.
- Sprinkle with feta and then drizzle with lemon juice. Add pepper to taste.
- Top with the sides as specified in your nutrition plan.
