We are changing up the bliss ball game with our new fruity creations!

We bring you a delicious blend of raspberries and coconut that will not disappoint.

Hours of love went in to testing these beauties (getting the exact quantities and flavours right was a little bit tricky) but we can confidently say that we have them perfected and they may just be one of our best creations yet!

Bonus is that they are super versatile. They have a solid base, so you can get creative and play around with different flavours.

If you are looking for some inspo for flavour combinations, we have created some amazing variations for you.

Enjoy!

Ingredients

Makes ~20 balls

Raspberry Coconut:

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup raspberries (frozen works well)
  • 80g of vanilla protein powder (or milk powder also tastes great and adds a protein boost)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 10 medjool dates, pitted
  • ¾ cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

Variations

Choc Raspberry:

Add 2 tbsp cocoa or cacao OR just add 1/4-1/3 cup of cacao nibs to the mixture before rolling.

Mango Macadamia:

Use 1 cup frozen mango instead of raspberries.

Add 1/3 cup chopped macadamias to the mixture before rolling.

Mango Raspberry:

Use ½ cup frozen mango, ½ cup frozen raspberries.

How to

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a consistent mixture forms (the mixture shouldn’t be crumbly – it should roll into a ball easily).
  2. Roll mixture into balls (~ 1 tsp is a good guide) and coat with topping of your choice.
  3. Store in the freezer (this will keep them firm).
